Beginners Course

The Beginners Course is essential if you’d like to join an Archery Club anywhere in the UK.

On the Line

10 hrs of expert Coach tuition and guidance (over 3 consecutive weekends) will teach you all you need to know to get started including:

  • Safety
  • Equipment
  • Types of Archery
  • Shooting technique

When you successfully complete the Beginners Course you can join any affiliated Archery GB Club (subject to individual terms and conditions of membership).

The course is suitable for Adults and Children over the age of 12.

Cost:

  • £50 Adults
  • £40 Juniors
  • £5 reduction following completion of a “Taster” Session

Each participant joining Ledbury Archery Club after successful completion of the course is given a copy of ‘Archery for Beginners’ by Archery GB, an exercise band and scorebook.

Courses are held at either Putley or Bromyard.
