Practice for the upcoming County WA 18m competition which takes place at Bromyard on 27th January was held on Saturday 26th. At one end of the shooting line in the Barn we had  the ‘sighted archers’ Justin and Chris Outtrim regularly hitting Golds, whilst at the other end, there was shock and surprise when the target was actually hit at all by the Longbow contingent. However, special congratulations go out to Rachel on achieving her first “Three Gold End” on a 40cm target. Just remember – this time last year, Rachel was still six months away from joining her beginners course!
